Red Vector Introduces CONTEXT+ and FUSION360: Two New Solution Packages Built on the FULCRUM Platform. New offerings deliver contextual risk intelligence and complete insider risk program management for organizations overwhelmed by alert volume, detection gaps, and fragmented tooling.

MONTEREY, CA, March 17, 2025 — Red Vector, Inc., a Risk-Adaptive Intelligence company, today announced the general availability of two new solution packages, CONTEXT+  and FUSION360, both built on the company's proprietary FULCRUM Platform. The new offerings address one of the most pressing operational challenges facing CISOs and security operations teams today: The Detection Paradox.

The Detection Paradox traps organizations in three failure modes: alert overload that paralyzes analyst teams, detection blind spots that let insider threats progress undetected, and threats moving through authorized systems and actions without triggering a rule or threshold. Both Red Vector's new solution packages are designed to break all three.

Organizations are investing more in security but getting less visibility. More tools create more seams. More rules create more noise. The Detection Paradox is not a resource problem; it is an architectural one. CONTEXT+ and FUSION360 were built to solve it at the source." - Steve Layne, CEO – Red Vector

Gartner validates the market. Red Vector was Built to Serve.

In March 2026, Gartner published an advisory titled "Treat Insider Risk as Human Risk," a landmark research note that formally reframes how enterprise security teams should approach insider risk programs. The report is a direct validation of the architectural philosophy Red Vector has been executing against for over a decade and a precise description of what CONTEXT+ and FUSION360 deliver.

The Gartner report identifies four critical shifts in how organizations must manage insider risk. Each maps exactly to a Red Vector capability:

  1. From alert-driven detection to continuous contextual evaluation. Gartner identifies over-reliance on alerts as a primary program failure mode, precisely the Noise Trap that FUSION360 eliminates through contextual baselining and risk signal generation ahead of any alert threshold.

  2. From siloed tools to integrated human risk intelligence. Gartner calls for the convergence of HR, identity, access, and behavioral data into a single risk view, the exact function of CONTEXT+, which layers organizational and human context over existing SIEM, DLP, IAM, and UEBA investments without replacement.

  3. From reactive investigation to pre-incident identification. The report emphasizes that effective insider risk programs must shift their detection window from post-incident response to pre-incident signal. CONTEXT+ delivers a mean time-to-risk identification of 14 days pre-incident, compared with the industry baseline of 85 days post-incident.

  4. From point-in-time risk scores to trajectory-based risk signals. Gartner explicitly recommends moving beyond static risk scores toward dynamic, contextual risk indicators. This is the foundational design principle of the FULCRUM Platform, producing Risk Signals with magnitude, direction, velocity, and acceleration rather than a number that sits still until the next scan.

The Gartner report did not describe a future state for the market. It described what Red Vector already does. CONTEXT+ and FUSION360 are the operational implementations of everything that Gartner now says the enterprise security market needs.

CONTEXT+: Contextual Intelligence for Your Existing Security Stack.

  • Immediate stack intelligence with no new infrastructure, no endpoint agents, and no rip-and-replace deployments.

  • Pre-incident detection that shifts the mean time to risk identification from 85 days post-incident to 14 days pre-incident.

  • Complete entity coverage, including employees, contractors, service accounts, and autonomous AI agents, is baselined and monitored under the same contextual framework from day one.

  • 60–80% reduction in actionable false-positive volume, returning analyst capacity to confirmed-risk investigation.

"Your security stack sees events. CONTEXT+ observes patterns."

FUSION360: The Complete Insider Risk Program. One Platform. No Seams.

FUSION360 is Red Vector's enterprise Insider Risk Management platform, the first platform built to run the complete insider risk program lifecycle. From contextual baselining and continuous entity evaluation to risk signal generation and prioritization, and from case investigation to cross-functional workflow and board-level reporting. Every entity. Every function. One platform. No seams. Gartnerʼs recommendation to treat insider risk as human risk calls for exactly this kind of unified, lifecycle-spanning program infrastructure that the architecture FUSION360 has delivered since its inception. FUSION360 offers uniAcceleration, integrated, full-entity-class cogovernance within the enterprise security program.

FUSION360directly addresses the three failure modes of the Detection Paradox:

  • Noise Trap: FUSION360 pre-evaluates every alert against each entity's contextual baseline, delivering a 60–80% reduction in false positives. Every alert that reaches the analyst queue arrives with full contextual context.

  • Seam Failure: FUSION360 maintains a single contextual record per entity across all data sources and stakeholder functions. It is not another tool in the chain, but the single record of truth.

  • Blindness Trap: The earliest signals of insider risk are never technical. FUSION360 ingests HR events, role changes, and organizational context that no SIEM, DLP, or EDR was designed to see, the nontechnical risk indicators Gartner identifies as essential to human risk intelligence.

FUSION360 offers unique features: vector-based Risk Signals (Magnitude, Direction, Velocity, Acceleration), integrated case management, automated board reporting, an AI copilot (AskFULCRUM), and full entity-class coverage, including AI agents and non-human entities, extending human risk governance into the autonomous systems Gartner identifies as an emerging blind spot for enterprise security programs.

Both are built on the FULCRUM™ Platform

Both CONTEXT+ and FUSION360 are built on the FULCRUM Platform Red Vectors' proprietary Contextual Inference Engine. The FULCRUMPlatform was developed over 12 years in highly secure national security settings. FULCRUM provides Risk Signals instead of static risk scores. This distinction, called out explicitly in Gartnerʼs March 2026 research as the required evolution for insider risk programs, means that a risk score indicates the current risk level, while a Risk Signal provides direction, velocity, and acceleration of developing risk, enabling pre-incident intervention rather than post-incident response.

Availability and Engagement Model

Both CONTEXT+ and FUSION360 are available immediately through Red Vectors' Mission Partner engagement model. All deployments begin with the Red Vector Bootcamp Engagement: a structured, time-boxed scoping process that delivers a validated risk-exposure report and a deployment roadmap to the CISO within 30 days. No open-ended implementations. No surprise professional services fees. Outcome guaranteed.

"CONTEXT+ is the entry point. FUSION360 is the destination. Every organization we work with starts with a 90-day deployment that produces measurable outcomes against their existing stack. The ones ready to run a full insider risk program graduate to FUSION360. The Bootcamp is the bridge between them." - Steve Layne, CEO – Red Vector.
